Experience themed monthly yoga & mindfulness sessions. Themes can be unique to your group or curated by Katie.

Pause, reflect, and integrate insights through a facilitated experience to uncover hidden projections & shadows in your group that block growth. Katie will create a safe, sacred space to explore where your group may need to grow individually and as a group.

A unique blend of sound and somatic healing

A musical sound bath like no other. Experience, Katie along with her talented partner and local musician, Dennis, for their signature offering, “Rhythm in Flow” - a merging of movement and live music.
Feel free to move to your own flow, or take cues from Katie, as Dennis creates magical beats using djembe, didgeridoo, cajón, vocals, and more! Prepare for ultimate relaxation as they culminate the last 15 minutes with a deeply healing sound bath and restorative experience.

A nervous system recalibration. Befriend your body in the most gentle supported poses using bolsters, blankets, and blocks while simultaneously drinking in the sweet serenades of Dennis’ sound bath.

Experiences curated for Tweens & Teens

Private or small group experiences for teens to connect to
their bodies and breath. Perfect for teens who are curious about yoga and somatic healing or who are needing tools to manage stress and anxiety.

A six week series meeting one day/per week with each session focusing on a particular theme. Themes can be tailored by Katie or specifically requested by you and your teen. Individual or small group.

Is your tween or teen an athlete and beginning to feel the strain that comes with growing up and pushing the body hard? Katie will offer tools and experiences for your teen to learn how to self-care pre and post workouts/games and the importance of rest. Individual and small group.
